We use Internet enabled remote diagnostics software, which proactively identifies potential inaccuracies and automatically adjusts machine parameters to avoid operational errors. Our refill process also includes a complete smart chip update, ensuring a simple, routine printing experience after inserting the refilled cartridge into the printer.
